The Cook Podcast is your audio connection to our company, our culture, and to each other. Each episode will feature a wide variety of content, from people throughout Cook, that will inform, inspire, and entertain you.

Like many things during the COVID-19 pandemic, The Cook Podcast was put on hold for a few months. Interviews that were done a while ago had to wait even longer before they could see the light of day—including this one that Jon Hancuff did with Johnny Smith from Cook Inc. – Spencer. Johnny grew up in the northwestern part of Indiana, an area outside of Chicago known as “The Region.” From an early age, he loved to draw, and in high school he became a self-described “art nerd.” He went on to major in art in college, even spending a semester studying in The Netherlands. Johnny still uses many of the lessons he learned as an art student in his job in Production Engineering. Check out this episode to hear his story.
