In case you missed this week’s live stream about the big news at Cook
This week, we made two big announcements:
- Sale of Cook Pharmica to Catalent, Inc.
- Purchase of the GE facility in Bloomington to use for Cook Medical expansion
As part of our communication to employees at all Cook Group companies globally, we offered a series of live stream presentations from Pete Yonkman and John Kamstra. They gave details of both agreements, explained what it all means for Cook and our transformation at Cook Medical, and answered questions that viewers sent in during the presentations.

I’ve been able to spend some time over at Pharmica over the years…amazing people, amazing facility…I’m excited about the opportunity ahead for all the employees there and for our community.
