Meet two new functional leaders: Rose Kelly-Falls and Lee Coppin
Over the last couple of years, you’ve seen us make a lot of changes to our corporate structure. In making Cook a modern, global company, we’ve developed two new functions this past summer: Procurement & Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. The two new functional leaders who are providing direction over these areas are Rose Kelly-Falls and Lee Coppin, respectively.
Rose Kelly-Falls
Rose Kelly-Falls, our new Procurement & Supply Chain functional leader, is supporting our global procurement initiatives. Although she’s new to Cook, with more than 25 years of experience, she understands how to standardize policies, procedures, and definitions for suppliers’ activities.
Lee Coppin
Our Continuous Improvement functional leader, Lee Coppin, is also new to Cook; but he has established the right formula for performance metrics, supporting teams with no active continuous improvement efforts, and standardizing continuous improvement language and methodologies.
