Jeana Finlinson and continually improving

Jeana Finlinson
In 2019, we introduced The Cook Values Audio Series to encourage and inspire more in-depth conversations about Cook Group’s values. In each episode, we sit down with a member of leadership to learn more about a specific value and why it’s important to the organization. These episodes also include practical tips to help apply that value in our daily work and relationships with each other.

  1. i really like the idea of the 90 second policy. we sometimes get lost in complaining about a problem when the focus should be on figuring out ways to fix it. the policy allows time to vent about the issue but in return begins the process of fixing it.

  2. Thank for this podcast. I really impressed with her idea that we can read a book 10 pages a day, eventually, we can read 18 books a year. I try to do that from tonight! Thank you!

    1. Thanks for the comment, Toru! I agree that Jeana shared some really practical tips–such a small thing can really pay off over time. Improvement is all about taking small steps forward.
