Backorders continue to go down
We reported on September 17 that the extra hours being put in by production workers was having a visible impact on the volume of backorders. Here’s another update, showing we are almost 38,000 units lower than the last report. Keep up the good work, everyone!

It is not easy to calm upset customers. They want to get the product they have ordered as quickly as they are used to from Cook. So it is a big “thank you” to all the colleagues who are doing extra hours!!!!! You are making our life in the field very much easier.
