It’s “All hands on deck” in Cook Spencer
Since we received the warning letter from the FDA, we’ve been holding a lot of meetings. Every day there have been conversations about how we’re going to meet the December 31 deadline. Understanding the amount of work to be done and how to get it done has been a key factor.
In one of those meetings, it became clear that we needed to get more engineering resources in Spencer to help with the approximately 110 validations that need to be completed before the end of the year.
I made an SOS call to Matt Waninger at MED and said, “Can you spare some engineers?” And in Cook fashion, they responded right away.
This week, a team of 16 engineers walked into the Spencer “war room” and within 30 minutes, they were busy working with the engineers from Spencer and Park 48. Check out the pictures below to see the team at work.
