Meet Ross Harvey, Customer Support & Delivery leader

Meeting the needs of our customers is one of the main reasons we are creating a new structure for Cook Medical. The new Customer Support & Delivery operational unit will ensure an increased focus on customer service, global distribution centers, and warehouses. Ross Harvey’s long history at Cook in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and his work creating efficiencies in warehousing, raw materials, purchasing, and product distribution will help him lead this coordinated effort at a global level.

This new role for Ross means he and his family are relocating to Bloomington from Australia. We promise to give them all a warm welcome, and we are sure they will like their new hometown — we are kind of partial to it ourselves. ☺️
