Thankful for our new baby girl
Hello!
I would just like to say thanks to Cook and give a shout out to the Reproductive Health business unit for assisting in the safe delivery of our new baby girl, Quinn Nicole! She was born on April 30, 2015, at 3:32 am, weighing 8 pounds and 8 ounces and measuring 22 inches long.
I had talked a little shop with Dr. Howard Schafer during one of our obstetrician visits (inducing an eye roll and a smile from my wife, Jenna) and found out he was a fan of our Cervical Ripening Balloon (CRB). Little did we know that a few months later, we would be using one of those devices to support inducing labor. Without the assistance of the balloon, we would probably need a Cesarean section because Quinn was already in a face-up position.
The CRB worked as intended, Quinn was delivered naturally, and everyone is home safe and healthy. Thanks again on behalf of Jenna, Quinn, and myself! So proud to work for Cook!
